At BO Fertilizer Sp. z o.o., customer satisfaction and product quality are our priorities. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging condition.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used fertilizer or chemical products
  • Custom-made or specially formulated products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Clearance or special-discount items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team via email with:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
  2. Our team will review the request within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, return instructions or pickup arrangements will be provided.
  4. For bulk or industrial orders, logistics arrangements may vary depending on shipment size and location.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned goods are received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available if:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged or defective

Replacement shipments will be arranged at no additional cost where applicable.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), return shipping costs will be covered by BO Fertilizer Sp. z o.o.
  • For other approved returns, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
